Returns:

1. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for a full refund.
2. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
3. To start a return, please contact our customer support team at info@swedishfashion.se
4. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
5. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

1. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 of delivery to arrange an exchange.
2. We’ll provide you with instructions on returning the item and send you a replacement as soon as possible.
3. Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is not in stock, a refund or alternative solution will be offered.
